The following applies to advertising on Lets Stay Kent:
1. An order is deemed to be placed once either verbal, email or fax instructions have been given by the client.
2. Cancellation charge in the first 4 weeks = 50%.
3. Cancellation charge after 4 weeks = 100%.
4. Payment terms - 14 days from the date of invoice.
5. The advert will be suspended if payment is not received within the 14 days.
6. The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of advertising information.
